Success is a process. It doesn’t happen overnight. And even if you see someone who does become successful as if out of nowhere, that’s usually because they’ve put in years of hard works before that! You too will get recognized in public for what you do for years in private.
Inside this training, I’ll share with you my DMO (Daily Method of Operation)! These 7 daily tasks will help you get that success sooner than later, and you’ll do that with great duplication!

You Can Become A Top Earner Too! 7 Daily Tasks For Success In Network Marketing
Task #1: Show Up with Value Once per Day
Showing up with value means that you create 1 valuable piece of content every day. Something that inspires, educates or excites the person watching your video or reading your post. And let’s be clear. You don’t have to be an expert or someone who’s already made a lot of money in order to share something valuable with your audience!
A leader is somebody who steps into their greatness! They’re putting themselves out there.
Sometimes, we get too caught up in trying to sell. And I get it. We talk a lot about curiosity marketing and promoting your products and opportunity (without saying the name of the company). But what’s most effective on social media is showing lifestyle, positivity, inspiration, sharing a success story or a challenging story, something that you feel could make a difference.
You have to invest in your social equity before you can make a withdrawal! And it all starts with you showing up consistently!
Task #2: Start 5-10 Conversations Every Day
Let’s be honest – when we feel stuck or we feel like our business isn’t where we want it to be, it’s because we are not doing enough. We know we could do more, but we don’t. Why? Because life gets in the way!
But you have to realize that in our business if it’s meant to be, it’s up to me! Ultimately it starts with you! And it starts with talking to 5-10 new people every single day. This is one of the things that has made me a fortune over the years! And it’s the reason why we became million-dollar earners in our company.
As a network marketer, you are a professional conversation starter. The truth is, if your team isn’t growing, the people you’ve ATM-ed are not buying or joining your team, then it’s time to talk to some new humans!
Imagine if you talk to 5-10 every day over the course of a month. How about 90 days or even a year? And who cares if you talked to 100 and they all said no? Eventually, people will start to say “yes”!
PRO Tip: Use the 5-5-3 Formula
This formula is easy to remember and easy to use. All you have to do is:
- 5 — connect or re-connect with at least 5 people per day;
- 5 — pique the interest of 5 different people every day;
- 3 — engage (ATM) 3 people with your opportunity or product!
Task #3: Check in on Your Group Chats
Do you have a team group chat like a team accountability chat? And how about 3-way prospect chats?
I’m telling you, every day you’ve got to go through those team chats.
Pop into your group chats and liven them up a little. Say something like, “Hey, how’s everybody doing today? Who would love to hop on a Zoom? Who would like to strategize how we can crush the end of this month?”
Get those conversations going. It’s such a big deal and it can make such a huge difference!
How to Start a Group Chat:
- Log into the Messenger App with your Facebook account.
- Tap on the “New Message” button.
- Add as many people as you’d like in order to create a group conversation.
- Type (or record) your message.
- Send it to the group.
And you’re DONE!
Task #4: Follow Up
The fortune’s in the follow-up!
You’ve got to take some time to follow up with people. There’s always somebody who needs to hear from you, who’s on the fence or who’s just bought the product. Your follow-ups are not only your fence-sitters or the people who haven’t bought. What about someone who got the product and they just started taking it? Or the person who just joined your team? They need to hear from you, too!
Follow up with those individuals. Stay in touch with them and make sure you’re there to support them. Otherwise, what’s the point of working so hard to find business partners and get customers, only to stop talking to them once you get that sale?

Task #5: Personal Development
Are you reading a book right now that is blowing your mind? Or are you listening to a podcast that is making a difference?
Just think about this! If every day for the next 1, 2, 5 or even 10 years, you do 20-30 minutes of personal development, do you think your business will benefit from it?
So turn off the TV. Turn off the radio or whatever else you’re listening to and tune into personal development. Listen to another person who shares their story and their ideas with you! Find someone who has the type of success that you want, do what they do, and you’ll get what they got. That’s it!
Task #6: Sweat Every Day
Who cares if you get freaking wealthy if you’re unhealthy?
It doesn’t matter how motivated you are internally if you don’t take care of yourself externally.
After all, you can be making all the money in the world, but if you’re overweight, unhealthy and you take all of this medication, you won’t be able to enjoy life to the fullest! So take care of your health! Do something every day that makes you stronger and that makes you sweat!
I’m not somebody who likes to work out. But it’s become a habit. Your success lies in your daily disciplines. True wealth is good health!

Task #7: Connection and Engagement
Give love every single day!
Do you want more live viewers on our videos? How about more engagement on your Instagram Stories? In order to get more, you’ve got to give more. It’s the Law of Reciprocity.
So go love on some posts, Instagram or Facebook Stories. Join a Facebook group with like-minded humans and love on the people who are posting in that group. And check your feed! Why not give some love on the people there?
