Your guests arrive in time to enjoy a cocktail welcome reception poolside.
They easily find their room on the gorgeous map on the wall. (They are thrilled to discover they even have their own bathroom!)
The following day everyone enjoys morning yoga on the beach while they get ready to experience massive breakthroughs throughout the day.
Everything you teach is pitch-perfect because instead of spending your time scheduling and planning, you were able to focus on the CONTENT!
The chef prepares a gourmet dinner inside the giant kitchen while everyone dips in the heated pool and hot tub as they process everything they learned.

"This home is incredible and so is the team at Destin Dreamers. We had a family vacation with folks flying in from all over to spend a week in the Destin area. Unfortunately, the home we had booked (not this one!) had several issues including a gas leak that led us to relocate mid-trip on short notice. Destin Dreamers went above and beyond, allowing us to book quickly, check in a bit early, and accommodated our needs for a heated pool and several other things with very little notice. They are fantastic. But most importantly, so is this house. I’m not sure the pictures even do it justice. The house is a four story, pristine, very large and spacious gem right across from the beach. The pool is huge, the spa heats quickly, the rooftop views are unmatched, the kitchen can comfortably seat at least 15-20 people, the finishes and fixtures are to die for, the double master bedrooms with wall to wall showers are incredible - I could go on and on. There is nothing missing here. Book it!"

LUXURY HOME SHORT WALK FROM THE BEACH
"We loved Bella Vista Luxe for our family stay in Miramar Beach. The home is beautifully decorated and perfect for a large family. There are multiple spaces for everyone to enjoy downtime between the media room, sunrise/sunset deck, bottom floor sitting area, or around the pool. The elevator was so helpful shuffling luggage up/down and allowed my parents to move easily between floors. The 2nd floor kitchen was spacious and wonderful for gathering for family dinners! The beach was a 5 min walk but we often used the golf cart to ride to the beach within minutes. The home came with two 2 chair/umbrella set on the beach. The customer service with Destin Dreamers was helpful to address questions or requests we had during our stay. I would highly recommend Bella Vista Luxe."

This luxury home features a resort-style heated pool with a lounge area, gas fire pit, infinity hot tub, and outdoor kitchen -- making it perfect for hosting large events.
Bella Vista Luxe will sleep up to 26 people and boasts 8 bedrooms, each featuring its own full bathroom and covered balcony with seating areas on the main levels.
The gourmet kitchen features custom cabinets, an oversized island, a gas stove, and high-end appliances built for entertainment.
From the kitchen, walk out onto the spacious covered balcony with ample lounging and eating areas. Enjoy dining al fresco overlooking the pool and golf course or drinks on the Sunset Deck with a 360° view of the Gulf Coast.
Beach access is 600 feet from the front door and surrounded by world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment.
There's even a movie theater, complete with a wet bar and indoor/outdoor home surround sound system!
While you won’t need a car in Destin, there are 13 parking spaces available. So you'll find plenty of room for everyone to enjoy this customized beach retreat location.

The house accommodates up to 16 guests comfortably, with 4 bedrooms. (The bunk bedroom will be perfect if kids join the festivities or your team is okay with a bunkmate!)

If you’re renting both homes, this location makes a great spot to host beachfront activities (yoga, meditation, intentional walks, etc.) Or serve as a home base while everyone enjoys a little sun and sand!

We acquired the Bella Vista properties to use them to host our own business retreats and create another stream of income that's a BLAST to run. We absolutely love what we've built in Destin and are excited for you to create transformational experiences and memories in our homes.
FAQs
When is the best time of year to visit?
The weather in Destin is fairly moderate. The BEST months are March - October. January and February are the coolest months and average high of 60’s and lows of 40’s - BUT pricing and availability is better. 😉
What is Check-in/Check-out time?
Check-in is available any time after 5 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.
If no one has booked directly before or after your stay, we can accommodate early and late check-outs for an additional fee.
How many people can sleep in each home?
Bella Vista Luxe sleeps 26 and Bella Vista on the Beach sleeps 16!
What if I need to cancel?
We encourage travel insurance. You can cancel up to 60 days out and receive 75% of the total reservation cost back.
Why is this better than Airbnb?
With Airbnb, you have to deal with Airbnb charges, additional cleaning charges, and a whole bunch of rules upon check-out. Many locations don't allow "parties" and don't understand that a professional retreat is different. You can run into neighbors who are bitter that an Airbnb is being run in their neighborhood (MOST houses are rentals in our area of Destin). Often the photos don't match the reality, OR it's hard to tell what the room arrangements really are and how many people can COMFORTABLY sleep in the space. So... lots of reasons! 😁
What are the house rules?
No smoking. No pets. Guests of record must be age 25+ and stay at the house each night. Additional terms in rental agreement.
What if I accidentally damage something?
Each booking includes a $2,000 accidental damage waiver ($100 deductible). Exclusions apply.
Is the pool heated?
Pool heating is optional (Recommended if you're booking March - April OR September - February).
Pool heating is $50 per day for Bella Vista on the Beach and $100 per day for Bella Vista Luxe.
