4 Ways to Improve Engagement in Your ATM Facebook Groups
Tip #1: Do Live Videos & Interviews
This is one of our favorite strategies! Why? Because facts tell, stories sell. We heard that our very first year in Network Marketing and it was burned into our minds that it was crucial to tell stories. We noticed that when someone was on the fence, they usually got started after we shared other people’s success stories. It’s that powerful!
What kind of interviews should you do? We typically talk to:
- Top leaders
- Recently promoted teammates
- People with various backgrounds
They all bring different perspectives and prospects who are on the fence, they start to see what’s possible! We’ve been in the industry for 17 years, so we’re not as relatable. That’s why sometimes, we would interview people who have been in the business for 17 months!
Hearing different perspectives that are relatable to your prospect — that will close more business than anything else!
Tip #2: Ask Interesting Questions
This is something that we’ve done over the years and it’s worked really well in terms of creating more engagement and better results. We would ask people why they decided to get started with the company. And oh my gosh, some of the reasons people give are amazing! The best part is that prospects read through the comments and they’re like, “Wow, look at all these people I can relate to!”
A few other of our favorite questions include:
- “What is your favorite part about ABC company?”
- “Which product is your favorite and why?”
- “What’s the main reason you got on this product?”
These questions are so awesome! Sometimes, people are sharing things you might not even consider to be important. But they are to someone else. And this gives you a really good idea of what people care most about.
We challenge you to test this strategy out and see the results for yourself!
Tip #3: Encourage Testimonials & Recognition
Absolutely, 1,000 bajillion percent teach and encourage your team to share testimonials and to do lots of recognition! Even if it’s about little things like when someone acquires their first customer or hits their first promotion.
This is such a big deal! You want for prospects to see the recognition and success stories inside of the Group, so they would get excited to join!
What about your Product Groups? Do something similar! For example, you could have your customers share their Before and Afters and talk about their results!
PRO Tip: Ask your teammates to tag their prospects in the posts they want them to see!
Tip #4: Run Challenges
You could do a:
- 5-day video challenge
- 7-day book challenge
- 10-day personal development challenge…
Whatever you do, keep it simple! Your goal should be to get people into the Group.
Once they’re there, they’ll learn more about the products your company offers or about the business. They’ll also see all the testimonials and they’ll get exposed to things they might not have considered before. It’s a win-win! They’ll get the value of the challenge and they’ll see the bigger picture!
And to close the challenge memorably, you could have an incentive, like a special offer or a giveaway. There’s no right answer here — you need to test things out and play with different strategies.
