#1: Ask Questions
Are you ready for a #truthbomb? Our brains spend most of their time in survival mode. Their main job is to keep us alive, so they like it when things are static. That’s why every time there’s a change to the routine they’re used it, they hit the breaks.
So when you’re faced with a new challenge, usually your first thought is what we call a “loser thought”. It’s your brain telling you “this is too difficult, you can’t do it, you’re not good enough”…
But here’s the deal. You can’t control your first thought, but you can control the second! So every time a loser thought or a limiting belief pops up in your head, counter it with a question!
Your brain will give you answers. So if you ask it, “All right, how can I find a way to do this?”, it will offer various solutions!
#2: Time Block
Do you feel like you have too many tasks to complete throughout the day? Then why not use time blocking?
It’s a time management strategy in which you block certain pockets of time, dedicated to a specific task. How does it work?
Make a list of everything—big and small, and see which activities you should prioritize. Then add a time block in your calendar and set a reminder. When the time is up, just move on to the next task.
For example, answering emails can feel like a productive, money-making activity. The reality? It’s not one at all. But it is easy to do and we feel like we’re accomplishing something. That’s why we do it. And we can get lost in the sea of emails because let’s be honest—they never end! So set aside an hour a day to go through your inbox. And when that hour’s up, just close the browser and move to the next time block!
#3: Double Task
Let’s take the Time Blocking strategy to the next level!
Double tasking simply means doing 2 activities at the same time.
IMPORTANT: This is different from multitasking! In fact, it’s been proven that humans are terrible multitaskers (yes, even the ones who say they’re amazing at it).
The fact of the matter is, our mind can only focus on one mental activity at a time. That’s why you can combine it with a physical one!
For example, if you need to do your personal development but you also need to clean the house, why not get cracking with an audiobook/podcast/training video playing in the background? It’s a win-win!
Make a list of all of the activities you do every day. Which are the two that you can do at the same time? Try combining them for a week and see the results they will have on your overall productivity!

Every time you show up to do anything, whether it’s in your personal life, on Social Media, or in your business, you need to have energy! Because that will only bring in more good vibes and will make you more productive!
