7 Tips For Massive Duplication – Help Your Network Marketing Team Get The Biggest Month Ever
Tip #1: Set a Team Goal
How much revenue do you want to do as a team? Figure out the goals of the individuals within your organization!
If you have a team of 10 people and everybody has a goal to do $5,000 in volume, then that’s $50,000 for the month!
So your goal should be to help as many people in your team to rank up. Identify the ones who are serious and committed, and work with them. Then all you have to do is break down the goal per sale per day.
For example, if you say, “I want to do $100,000 this month”, that’s $25,000 a week. After that, you can break that up per person. So if you have 100 people who all committed to doing $1,000 in personal sales, that’s $100,000 in your organization.
PRO Tip: Have an accountability chat with your team, so you can hold each other accountable and give each other shout outs!
Tip #2: No Excuses, No Distractions
How badly do you want this?
Having fun with your business is great! But how serious are you about getting your best month ever? At the end of the day, if you’re in a place where you don’t want to be and you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired, then the solution is simple: no excuses and no distractions!
So many Network Marketers have excuseitis. They constantly question their abilities and make excuses for why they aren’t where they want to be… But the truth is, it’s just a mental game. It’s getting out of our own way and going, “You know what? Enough is enough. I’m not going to make any more excuses for why I’m not working my business or why I’m not where I want to be.”
I’m telling you, when you cut the excuses, you’re going to start to see success!
Tip #3: Be Fearless
Talk to everybody, make bold statements, get comfortable with being uncomfortable!
When you’re talking to people, say something along the lines of, “Listen, I’m serious about this business. I’m committed and I’m looking for people who are looking for me. In other words, I’m looking for people that want to change their life.”
Yes, that can be uncomfortable. It can be really difficult to have those tough conversations, especially when you have someone who’s questioning things. Then, simply say, “You know what, I get it. You’re skeptical. I was skeptical too, but I want to help you. If you’re serious and you’re going to be coachable and follow the system, I will work with you and I will help you have success in this business. So let’s work on it together!”
I get it. Even some people who are already on your team can be a little difficult. But if you want to be successful, you have to be fearless!
Tip #4: Be a Content-Creating, Curiosity-Marketing, Prospecting Freak of Nature
Let’s repeat that because it’s so crucial. Be a content-creating, curiosity-marketing, prospecting freak of nature!
Do Instagram and Facebook Stories, go Live, engage with different Facebook groups, friend up people every day and prospect, prospect, prospect!
Yes! Talk to 3, 5, 10, 15 people a day (not a week) about your products or business! And if you’re wondering if you should lead with the product or the business, remember: that’s up to you! It’s up to you how you want to approach people, but at the end of the day, you need to do it every single day.

Put out content on a consistent basis and people will start seeing you in their news feed. The more you do it, the more comfortable you will become with creating videos, putting yourself out there and sharing your story. Then people will say, “I like that person. That’s an interesting topic and it helped me a lot. Thank you for sharing it!” That’s when true success starts to come!
PRO Tip: Do both marketing and prospecting at the same time! That will create a strong brand and you will start to attract people to you!
Tip #5: Help and Recognize Your People Like it’s Your Job
Sometimes, we forget what it’s like to be new. To reach out to your first few people, to get your first few customers, to do your first curiosity post or to do your first Facebook Live video.
So let’s remember that! And make sure you recognize your people for their wins, no matter how small they might be!
Your main job should be to help them rank up — help them get their first recruit, help them get their first customer! It all starts with recognizing the little things.
Tip #6: Stay Positive
How many of you deal with drama in your teams? I try to stay positive and do my best to keep my people positive.
Because what you pay attention to will grow. So if you have to focus on one activity, focus on positivity and cutting out excuses. Then you will start to see better results!
As the saying goes, save the drama for your mama! You can’t completely ignore it, but when you get involved, try to keep it positive and try to keep everyone levelheaded.
Tip #7: Keep Pushing
Keep going, keep pushing, keep slaying!
Don’t slow down! Keep talking to humans, keep ATMing your face off, keep doing Group Chats and putting out content. Stay positive and focused. Recognize all the humans who are working.
The truth is, you don’t have to convince anybody to get committed and build their business. I know there are people on your team who’re just not into it. And even if you benefit from their success, you can’t want it more for them than they want it for themselves. So keep pushing till the very end. W.I.T. baby! Whatever It Takes!
So the one question I want to leave you with is this: how bad do you want it?
- talking to new people every single day?
- putting your upline in group chats?
- asking questions?
If someone is doing all these things, I know that he/she is working! This is why I love the ATM system! I can see my teammates tagging people in the groups. That way, you can really lock arms with the runners, get fired up and get them where they need to be!
Because if you help enough people have success, you can truly have the biggest month of your Network Marketing career!
